1. DIY Wood Coasters

Wood coasters are a great gift that you can make in just a few minutes. They’re great for the holidays, but they also make nice gifts for any occasion.

First, choose your material. You can use cork or felt if you want it to be waterproof, or regular old wood if you don’t care about water getting on them (which is probably true of most people). If you aren’t sure which option will work best for your recipient, ask them!

Next, grab some kindling and start burning away at the wood (or cork/felt). This step isn’t necessary if you plan on painting or stamping on top of the surface because those techniques don’t require much texture; but if you want to use stencils or stamps or when making them out of leather you’ll need something rougher underneath so that they’ll stick better.

The easiest way to do this is with a woodburning tool (or even an iron) and some sandpaper; just rub some sand paper into the surface until it starts looking like an uneven canvas rather than flat colorless paper where nothing will stick well enough to leave any kind of mark behind after pressing down hard enough against whatever design element(s) might be pressed into place next (e.g., stencils made by cutting out pieces from another sheet beforehand).

Now we’re ready! It’s time for fun stuff like stamps and stickers from all over town! Use whatever image makes sense based upon what typeface choices were made previously during earlier steps before doing anything else with these materials: either using actual fonts available online first before creating custom ones yourself later down road after experimenting with different ways these things could look together as both players/characters within each game play session itself…

2. Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub

Pumpkin spice is a great scent for the fall and winter months. You can buy pumpkin spice oil, or make your own with some cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract.

If you want to be fancy and make it even easier on yourself, you can get pre-made pumpkin spice sugar scrub.

In any case, this recipe is pretty simple: just mix together 1 cup of sugar with ¼ cup coconut oil or olive oil (or any other kind of oil). You can also add essential oils like lavender or peppermint if you want a little extra fragrance!

3. DIY Bath Bombs

Bath bombs are fun bath salts that turn your bath water into a fizzing, foamy experience. They’re super easy to make and can be customized for any occasion. To create bath bombs:

First, fill up your mold with baking soda and citric acid powder you can find these in most grocery stores (or online).

Add some essential oils for scent if you want, then add the mixture into the molds. Let them sit overnight so they can dry out completely before removing from their molds. Package them in small jars with festive bows or ribbons for presentation!

To use your new bath bomb, simply drop it in hot running water until all of its contents dissolve and release their scents into the air around you while you soak at home after a long day at work or school!

4. Christmas Room Spray

To make your own room spray, you will need:

  • 4 oz. glass bottle (can find at any dollar store or craft store)
  • 3 Tablespoons vodka (can be replaced with witch hazel if you prefer)
  • 6 drops each of essential oils of choice. Some good ones to use are lavender, eucalyptus, lemon, rosemary and peppermint. You can also mix and match! You can get them at any health food store or online. If you don’t have an essential oil diffuser yet I highly recommend investing in one! They make your house smell so good!!

7. Glitter Mug with Sharpie

8. Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels

Chocolate sea salt caramels are easy to make, with a simple stand mixer (or food processor) and no candy thermometer required. A little bit of patience at the end helps them get to their finished texture and makes for a more professional looking treat.

  • Ingredients:
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar (about 12 oz.) Some recipes call for bittersweet or milk chocolate in place of semi-sweet; feel free to use whichever you prefer!

It’s also possible to use an entire bag of Hershey Kisses instead of chocolate chips if you want your caramels extra chocolaty and festive.

Just microwave them one at a time until they start melting, then stir until smooth before adding to caramel mixture.

Materials needed: Stand Mixer (or Food Processor), Candy Thermometer

9. DIY Succulent Terrariums with Step-by-Step Directions

Making your own succulent terrarium is a great way to give the gift of greenery. Succulents are easy to grow, require little maintenance, and can thrive under low light conditions (perfect for someone who doesn’t have much time for watering or sunlight).

They’re also drought-resistant, so there’s one less thing that needs tending to during the holidays.

While most DIY terrarium kits come with everything you need aside from the plants themselves (all you have to do is assemble), if you don’t have any succulents lying around your yard or home already but still want to make a terrarium yourself (which I highly recommend), here are some tips for finding the perfect plants:

  • Look for wildflowers near your house
  • Check out nurseries in your area
  • Read up on what types of plants will work best in each season

10. DIY Candles from Recycled Candle Wax

  • Materials:
  • lots of recycled candle wax (from old candles)
  • wax carving tools (a knife, a hot glue gun and an ice pick)
  • To make the candles:

Make sure you have enough wick for the size of your mold, if you’re using one. If not, just use a cupcake pan or similar container that’s about 3 inches deep and pour in your wax to each cavity until it’s filled up to roughly 1 inch from the top.

Place an old newspaper under it so that when you’re pouring wax into each cavity it doesn’t spill everywhere this can be frustrating when dealing with recycled materials!

Carefully put the wick into each glass holder/cupcake mold and place them all on top of another sheet of newspaper so they don’t get damaged before they’re set aside for cooling off overnight in room temperature conditions (or outside during winter months).
